Nice! I gave up on using ceiling lights a long time ago, but those look great in the nighttime, with the color gradient.

For short stuff like this, you're probably better off making an animated image, like a .gif (or .webp?). I have no idea what software would be effective for doing this, though.

Yup. I literally got caught in one last week. Picked what I thought was the top non-sponsored Google result, when looking for concert tickets. Turns out it WAS a sponsored result, proxy-selling the tickets I was looking for at triple price. I got lucky that my bank was willing to dispute and get the charge reversed.

My mom dropped on us, on Friday, after Thanksgiving, the news that she has a mass on her lung. PET scan on Monday will confirm recurrance of lung cancer or not. This would be her 5th instance of cancer, and 3rd within a year. She has been in near-constant pain for about 6 months now, after chemo and radiation at the beginning of the year, and all the side-effects and ailments that followed. She was barely able to sit at the table at Thanksgiving, but wanted to, anyway. I expect she will choose to forego treatment, if this cancer is confirmed.

I respect the joke, but man, this one hit me.

Nah, I know full well what I've gotten myself into. It's very much me restricting myself in how I build, and yeah, it's annoying at times how slow progress is. But I've played the game too many times the "fast" way for that to be very interesting anymore.
