in case somebody is reading this. tried the latest build from driftys github page.

this runs flawless. no errors whatsoever. i ran the app literally the whole night, no issues.

if anyone experienced problems with this version try this https://github.com/driftywinds/YT-builds/releases/tag/v20.02.41 it works perfectly for me.

unfortunately this version has a issue. every now and then, Android displays a pop up "app not responding". but the app functions perfectly, even while the message appears. android falsely thinks the app is not working for some reason. no offense, i am so thankful that you do this work for us, and i want to support, by reporting potential issues, to make this app experience the best possible for everyone.

no virustotal this time :-) why ? was a great way to confirm the file hoster did not tamper witht he apk.

i read your post over in reddit with the libreapay and ko-fi links for everyone who wants to support your work.

i would support but many of the services require credit cards or other payment methods that are unfortunately not an option for me.

but if you can i can support you with gift cards (google play, apple and so on) these are obtainable and anonymous.

if thats an option let me know, i happily buy you a card and send the code.

The File downloaded from qiwi (or the one presented to me) bears the revanced filename and icon. Virustotal says its an android package. The file size is similar to the previous revanced, but a bit smaller.

It looks legit, but i have not installed it.

Do you want the file for further analysis, maybe you can figure out what changed.

I agree, its best to ditch qiwi.

I am sticking to the previous revanced for now.

I noticed one thing in this release, or rather the downloaded file, i wanted to ask you about.

the virustotal link you provided is a different one than the actual file produces.

i downloaded https://qiwi.gg/file/gjnC3586-driftysRVXv18

and uploaded the file to virustotal. it's hash was different, and it reuploaded the file for a fresh analysis.

what happened here, how is it that the file i got from qiwi.gg is a different hash than your link to virustotal.

while analysis says its save. could it be that qiwi tampered the file in some way?
