Inward opening windows are the standard in Germany and nearly everyone just buys a cheap bug-screen set that you can simply wedge into the window frame. They cost like 20€ a pop. There are all kinds of solutions for this.

Shit insulation is actually more of a pro argument for AC. I mean, the houses in the USA are made out of cardboard and gipsum. They dont insulate a thing. My house has great insulation. In summer I just keep the windows closed and roll down the shutters during daytime and it's freezing cold inside. At night we get cool wind from either the North or Baltic sea, we then open up the windows to freshen the air up a bit.

The are little devils, for sure! But that's what we kinda love about them. I've only ever met one really insane cat. She was unfortunately never castrated and was constantly horny but never had a mating partner. She fucking slashed the shit out of her owner, who actually needed treatment in the hospital. The entire face was ravaged, never seen anything like this. Honestly, fuck that owner. Completely unfit to keep a pet. The poor cat had to be put down because she was completely messed up in the head :(

It's not true. We write nouns with a capital letter, not every word. It's kind of important because sometimes verbs can be expressed as nouns. It'd be confusing to read. It's generally nicer to read with capitalized (?) nouns.

I can't either. My wife is a teacher and we have a child. We can't vacation in the off-seasons. We both have great jobs. So if we get to fly, it's something special. And I don't want that taken away to be honest. Using airplanes like taxis however (e.g. Ryan Air)? That's just not a good thing to do to the environment.

I gather from your comments that you live in Spain, right? You guys suffer from all the 20€ flights going there from other European countries. At those prices you'll mostly encounter human trash (I know this because I'm from Germany and the the majority of Germans visiting Spain are morons), so I feel with you. These cheap flights need to stop. I'd like to see the kerosene taxed fully for European flights. Have the prices be something to think about.

It's called a CoP, Coefficient of Performance. It essentially is a factor of how much electricity you put in and how much cooling power comes out.

Cooling towers can have a CoP of 12 and beyond, whereas compression cooling usually lingers at around 3 to 3.5. so at a CoP of 3 for instance, you could put in 1 kW of electricity and get 3 kW of cooling power.

I still believe there are other priorities over one trip every couple of years. Flight is one of the greatest achievements of humanity and I firmly believe it is important to visit other cultures.

For you it might be clear. For the overwhelming majority of people, this is news. People don't know shit about tech. Most would assume the AI thingy does its thing on the local computer.

In Schleswig Holstein we have Autokraft, which is a DB company I believe. Or at least they work under their license.

DB also has busses, or at least they have bus companies working for them under their name.
