Jupp. Man bekommt halt keine Zulassung, wenn man keinen eigenen Parkplatz nachweisen kann. Find ich für Ballungszentren eine super Idee. Auch in deutschen Großstädten kann man wunderbar ohne eigenes Auto von A nach B kommen. Muss man weiter weg fahren, mietet man sich ein Auto oder man hat halt nen eigenen Stellplatz. Gefällt das nicht? Wohn halt nicht in der Großstadt.
