Drone shows are so much better than fireworks.

They don't force everyone within a large vicinity to experience them against their will because they are not ridiculously loud.

They won't have such an incredible detrimental effect on animals, both wildlife and domestic.

They are less dangerous.

But of course the average dumbass needs things to go boom in order to have a fun time.
