Some days I really fucking hate Americans.
Like yes obviously, but I mean on a basic interpersonal level there are so many baseline chauvinistic tendencies that never seem to go away that it becomes just unbearable to interact with Americans after a while, like I gotta go detox from it.
Like you can't even have a conversation about some horrible bit of police brutality over in Europe without some dipshit coming in commenting about how "back here in west oklabama it ain't police brutality until you have at least 16 shots to the back of the head, in self defense of course." Like shut the fuck up for once, christ.
That's if you manage to even have a conversation about a white western country that isn't Anglo without some American incessantly chanting like, "fake country, fake language, yaKKKubian apes" until you agree to talk about the white people who's shit apparently don't stink as bad.
Just fucking unpleasant to be in earshot of.
I feel like that kind of thing has to be a highlight for shithead customs agents.
I'm just not really fond of Doom Slayer, he was very edgy in the first reboot and while they do turn up a bit of cheese in Eternal, I just don't really care for him.
Not that Doomguy has much charm outside of supplemental material and fan content, but I still like him more.
IIRC from watching the video a couple days ago he has more examples than just Prince of Persia where western musicians will use "Persian" in either the generic titles of their bland background music, or use it interchangeable when describing the music and inspiration.

Yeah I guess in a religious sense he's just Jewish, but him being mixed is a big part of a lot of the drama going on around him so people usually call him half Jewish, I guess it also makes it clear that his mother is Jewish rather than him having converted.

This appears to be the relevant law, basically from what I understand, it's illegal to wear a mask at a public demonstration or gathering, if there is a "disruption of the public order", or the cops claim there to be an imminent risk of public order being disrupted.
It also says theres an exception for religious face coverings, and also that there is some cut out in the law allowing for a demonstration to have gained permission in advance to have masked participants.
