(I think that was a joke, it IS actually a lightning cable)
HopFlop
(That attitude has completely changed. Maybe give it another try sometime)
... that you CANT see through walls? Seems like a downgrade to me...
Thats like saying "free refills dont exist, you pay for them beforehand".
I generally agree with your points but I still it's absolutely fine to complain about stuff you don't like. Youtube has gone to ridiculous lengths (including running code locally on other peoples computers without their consent) to figure out if thex have adblock enabled. Slowing down your platform on purpose?
And IMO it was an unwise business decision too. I know of no single person who after all this thought: "Hey, lets buy premium" or "Why not turn off my adblocker?". Ultimately, it doesnt affect me because I use Newpipe anyway and it has no ads (its a Youtube frontend) but IMO complaints is what you get if you do stuff like that.
Okay so we've reached the "yeah capitalism sucks but doesn't everything suck" stage of the conversation.
That's your interpreration. I don't think that it (= having to work if one wants anything from society) sucks or is wrong. I still think there is no society where you don't have to do anything and get everything you wish for (that would be working 100% out of free will) but whether it exists or not: I don't see how it would be fair anyway.
Except it wasnt actually me, you got me confused with another person. Should my loved one then have the right to kill you?
That doesn't matter. The conviction is reversible, the death of a person isn't.
Maybe one day you just buy another SSD and give it a try on there... Thats how I did it 2 years ago and I couldnt have guessed how much it would eventually, over time, become worth it to me.
I initially installed PopOS but it worked so well that after 2 weeks I though to myself, "well this is boring, I installed it and now what?" and proceeded to try Arch (unsuccesfully at the time).
Do you have any examples? I dont think I have seen complaints about Windows that are invalid if you knew how to use it.
Are death penalty crimes reversible?
Yes they are. For example, if they've got the wrong guy. You can hardly release someone who is innocent but dead.
I know, I had to look at it for a while but the side edges in the pictures are rather sharp while a USB connector would have a completely round edge...
