They just use the infinitive, like for example in "I swear she be doing that" (instead of "I swear she is doing that"). Thats just a dialect some people have.

Even so, your statement that it is only available on closed-source app stores is wrong. And it doesn't even matter that it's not provided by "My First F-Droid Repo Demo" (yes, that'd the name of the official repo). Many open source apps are on IzzyOnDroid, including Jerboa, what do you use to write on Lemmy?

Du musst hier eine Fallunterscheidung machen zwischen Nomen, dessen Vokale sich zu einem Umlaut verändern im Plural (Beispiel: Braut, Bräute; dementsprechend "Bräutigam") und Nomen, bei denen sie gleich bleiben (Beispiel: Bassist, Bassisten: dementsprechend "Bassistigam). Quasi das Pendant zu starken und schwachen Verben.

Mir wäre das ganze "igam" aber irgendwoe zu lang. Wie wärs, wir hängen stattdessen ein "er" dran?

Das eine bezieht sich auf die Bevölkerung, das andere auf die schriftliche Ausdrucksweise von Behörden. Ich halte es für legitim, zu fordern, dass Behörden sich schriftlich einheitlich und außerden nicht ideologiegetrieben äußern.
