Maybe call it a 'ride'? It would still be a car reference, think about how people talk about cars as their 'rides'. At least to my understanding, calling a car a 'ride' also implies some level of the car being special. 'ride' is also only 4 letters, and isn't any harder to type, some of the other comments have really long terms which are a bit annoying to type.
On the negative side it is also 1 letter away from 'rice', so that might not be ideal.

I know its cliche, but I hope China does a lot of the work. They have a nuts construction industry, and it would make them look really good. I don't think it would mess up their neutrality stuff, but who knows.
China is going to shoot itself in the foot and disable U$ access to XHS. This will be a massive win for them if they let it continue, as such, access will be blocked, and China will not gain control of the international narrative.
On the other side, if it works well and they unleash 1 billion Chinese users onto U$ platforms in a few months

The website has a thing to login with a phone number, but the number only allows numbers from China (+86). Not clear if it allows account creation either. This was just a popup when I loaded the website.

Who is making decisions in the US? I don't think a Maoist could do a better job at fucking stuff up than whoever is actually pulling the strings.
Can I use it on a desktop browser? I was trying to load it, but I couldn't get it to either show in English or translate correctly. I didn't see a login/signup button either, are those mobile only?
