I do wonder if cooking in nonstick pans without oil is less risky than cooking with oil in conventional pans.

I even wonder what the benzene levels are in ambient air in a city like Bay City Texas or Texas City Texas.
What is the concentration of benzene in second hand smoke, or in the kitchen of a gas range?
They are refinery towns and you can smell things in the air.
