Do I just swallow estrogen pills or do I let them dissolve under my tounge? My endo just said to take them so I assume they mean swallow but idk if dissolving is better

Are women's boxers alright for tucking? They seem to be the style I was wanting in boyshorts I just am unsure if they're any good.
Also any brand recommendations? Aerie only has boyshorts not boxers and the cheaper ones I've found elsewhere have seams going right into the ass crack

Every month or so I find myself looking at miatas. Like my hybrid is better for fuel, space and safety but the miatas just look too good. I always talk myself out of it because I think its just me wanting something nice to look at because I don't even like driving. Maybe I'll get like a 1/20 scale one to paint or something

Why was Russia refused entry into nato when Putin enquired? If nato is not about the continued effort to destroy Russia and is a peaceful organisation would it not have made more sense to bring Russia into the fold?
