I use Typewise. A swiss company, by far the best keyboard layout and they don't use any data from what you type.

Its not really a problem being restricted to the US and Canada since they are the only countries having that 'problem'. No one uses iMessage outside of the US.
SMS is by far the worst standard. If you care about privacy use Signal or even WhatsApp. They both are far superior.

Been in Japan this summer. A culture where tipping is non-existent. It was such a great experience to not worry about tipping. Instead you simply get outstanding service all the time and workers are simply paid a fair wage.
Never heard that they don't generally stand alongside the rest of democracies if you hear 'international community'. All of them condemning Russias attack on Ukraine, China taking parts of the Philippines and the terrorist attack on Israel from the Hamas.
MacOS is the worst part about Apple. Their hardware is amazing, but the software (third and first party) sucks.
Germany was able to get rid of the Nazis, too. American and Russia killing the Nazis helped the German people to become nazi-free.

Its not open source, but if you really want to you can use an offline version. In this case no data gets shared at all.
