So wie ich es sehe, scheitert es vor allem daran, dass die Bahn ihr Angebot nur für Angestellte der Bahn abgibt, Fahrdienstleister sind wohl nicht mit betroffen. Wobei ich weder weiß wie viele das betrifft, noch wen, noch wie deren Situation ist. Kann nur ein Powergrab der GDL sein oder aber ein Zweiklassensystem verhindern. Vielleicht kann da ja jemand was zu sagen.

Ansonsten scheinen sich die Parteien ja angenähert zu haben – die Arbeitszeitreduktion scheint als Wahlmöglichkeit zu kommen, wenn auch nicht ganz in dem Ausmaß, wie von der GDL gefordert. Die Lohnerhöhung scheint auch angemessen, wobei hier wieder fehlt, wie lange der Vertrag gelten soll. 13 % klingt super, wenn es aber eine Gültigkeit von 3 Jahren hat, sieht es wieder ganz anders aus. Und 'bis zu 13 %' klingt auch schwierig.
