Jeebus Christ the comments on that site are delusional.
Got it in just under 5 but on my phone I could not put the last letter of the first word in the anagram half. For whatever reason I just could not select the box.
I also had the same problem as someone below. The numbers on the left of the crusties were hidden but I could reveal them by scrolling left.
Neat puzzle though. If it gets more playable on mobile, it'll make it into my daily rotation.

I do kind of wish it had a full keyboard like the old kindle did. Tons of great IF text adventures that would almost seamlessly transfer to this format.

If I remember correctly, the US version of the SNES has buttons designed to be differentiated by both sight (the four primary colors) and by touch. A and B are convex shaped while X and Y are concave. I think that's what you're seeing here.
