It's mostly a hopeless "don't you know how many people would suffer if we try to fix things?!" Acceptance that a better world is not possible. "Moralism isn't change" and all that.
If you like coordinating with large groups of players to do large scale stuff and aren't too fussed about kd and individual scores there really isn't anything like it.
It's also unique in the it's the only war game I know of that runs entirely on logistics players efforts. The Logi players famously went on strike and forced the devs to significanlty change logi gameplay. Without the active participation of logistics the game cannot function at all, so withholding their... playtime? Brought the entire game to a halt.
It feels weirdly like playing risk or a map game with a thousand of your new best friends.
