Seriously though, I've noticed women with bad posture are way worse than men with bad posture. Men usually they have the "always looking at their phone" bad posture whereas women with bad posture are constantly trying to make the letter C with their spine.

Sure, but it can lead to a lot of disappointment. I'll be happy as soon as I do X. But then you aren't happy, maybe you need to do Y.
Happiness isn't a destination but a journey. Try to find your "happy" along the way.
