Some towns offer a pickup service on a certain day in january, others have a drop off area. It depends where you live at.
The local waste management companies (Entsorgungsbetriebe) should offer informationen about its handled in town/area.

Ich habe mir folgendes gebaut:
- ASock J5040 board,
- 16gb ram 500gb m.2 als system über PCI adapter
- 2x4tb ironwolf als ZFS mirror pool,
- 350 W power supply
alles im node 304 fractal case für 550 euro.
Es läuft proxmox mit 6 lxc im moment. Mit audiobookshelf, pyload, vscode server, motioneye, plex, syncthing, rclone für auf die cloud etc
Soap, beside giving a good smell, has one job. It breaks up the water surface tension to enable it cleaning of the skin surface. Normally the water would not reach the wrinkels of the skin and would not take the contamination off it.
So any soap is good to go. The other stuff in soap like smell and moisture effects don't matter that much in general and are overrated imoho.

Unsere Politik reagiert nur und agiert nicht. Ich vermisse eine weitreichende Planung wie es denn weitergeht. Es ist ja nicht so als seien die Probleme bei Bildung, Kinderversorgung, Gesundheitsversorgung, Umwelt, Rente, Fachkräfte so urplötzlich alles vom Himmel gefallen.

Just a tip:
It is your far distance prescription (not your reading or PC prescription) as the headsets focus is set to 2 meters or higher.
At least on my Rift they are. I just remove the cover lens and stick the others on.
To protect the main lense they added cover lenses on the Rift.
I took some of these from VR Optician as a workaround.
Perfect for me and a lot better comfort then cramping the glasses into the headgear.
