You can transmit over whatever, but there's trade-offs with everything. LoRa is kinda neat because it's low power.

That's the same video, but keep a close eye on the fender mounts and consider swapping the bolts on either side with plastic zip ties that snap in a failure.

On mine, it was the top mount that failed.
