As someone that's lived on the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers, I would say it's more like see if the water is toxic before you eat the fish. Assuming the fish must be good is asking for problems but it sounds like you just might enjoy diarrhea.

Several points.
One, look over my post history and you'll see I'm not a fan of the Democrats because they're marginally less bad conservatives.
Two, like I give a fuck if reality hurts their feelings, but I'm not being elitist favoring my side. Anyone falling for the false dichotomy doesn't understand reality to the point they could form opinions that matter. Like anyone that favors term limits is automatically a gullible rube that hasn't looked into it at all. The majority of people rely on received opinions and specious reasoning for almost everything because actual consistent coherent thought is a learned still.
Three, I'm being objective and not judgemental, hence the links. There's hard data everyone is just fucking dumber largely due to Republican efforts to sabotage education being met half way by Democrats.
And four, look at the link about gerrymandering. They spent decades literally cheating. Capping the house at 435 in 191X also massively empowered conservatives. Then you have to look into the end of times accelerationists and evangelical dominionists... Lots of cheating, sabotaging education, and obvious racism in law enforcement ignored.

Five, the term right wing comes from the French parliament that wanted to keep the monarchy in power. The founding fathers were college educated aristocracy that wouldn't have wanted white trash voting or owning guns (federalist paper... 27... Or 29?) and yet conservatives worship them.
The entire ecosystem is full of gullible assholes in authoritarian power structures where independent thought is punished.
They've always been garbage people.
Are we supposed to feel bad for fascist apologists? Republicans have always been unrepentant bastards or gullible fucking morons. Usually both because they're objectively impaired for both empathy and intelligence.
But not just conservatives, all Americans are dumber: https://www.the74million.org/article/across-all-ages-demographics-test-results-show-americans-are-getting-dumber/
Decades of obvious racism:

Well the biggest problem is that the fuck does conservatism want to conserve?
Selling off parks, betraying labor, violating people's right to self determination...
If you mean Republicans, those are open fascists.
The ones doing any amount of conservation are Democrats, but eventually one realizes nimby liberalism is just the slower road to fascism as it always bends the knee to corporate interests. We wouldn't be here if this wasn't true.
The "responsible adults" in the room are either spineless cowards, incompetent dupes, or malicious insider trading bad actors themselves.
Between the Business Plot and the lack of any action against cellar boxing American corporations into bankruptcy and predatory economic bubbles it becomes ever clearer the goal of the entire system is to fleece the poor masses to make the rich minority ever richer.
I remember reading a study on this where all the scientists replaced their home ranges because the results were so bad.
I've never worked someplace it wasn't the default.
Ask what every department wants. Say it's too expensive. Get the sales team exactly what they want but then realize it does nothing for any other department. Spend 3x getting it modded to do half the features of what the other departments need. Push it live as soon as the database is copied over but before training anyone.
This is a good question but you're going to get a wild range of information because of a number of factors.
That number is a good starting point but it's likely low especially if you're physically active or using a vegan/vegetarian source.
Also, something one must keep in mind is that the vast majority of research in the field is built on the fundamental assumption carbs should be the largest part of the diet which is likely wrong as the body seems to run better the less sugar you give it.

That was entirely the reason I used it and I'm surprised you can't digest what I'm saying.
It's not news yet it's the most popular "news" network on television. Despite poling showing people that watch it are less informed than people that watch no news at all, nothing has been done specifically because it's serving it's intended role: misinforming the gullible and setting a lower bar for MSNBC and CNN to be seen as real news instead of telling you how to feel about what you're told about.
Being selectively informed by a media outlet isn't the same thing as factual journalism.
One of the huge roles of Fox News is to lower the bar for what's considered 'actual' journalism by different outlets owned by the same billionaire class.
The Overton Window has been shrinking and drifting right for decades. There is no left in the United States. https://politicalcompass.org/uselection2004
“The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and Black people. You understand what I’m saying? We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or Black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and Blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.”

Viet Nam was very unpopular directly due to front line coverage we don't really get anymore as a result of Reagan nuking the fairness doctrine and birthing Fox News to drag all other media right filing it with ads and misinformation.
Democrats are not left because "left" starts at identifying capitalism as a net bad rather than net good.
Would you expect any less of narcissists?
Empathy and intelligence are good proxies for political orientation.
The smarter and/or more empathic people are the more left they tend to skew.
Objectively, you sound ignorant and wholly self centered but still not self interested to the point you need other people to tell you your views because you haven't thought about them yourself. At this point, your opinion is whatever people tell you to make it.
But if you're not a straight white man or a tradfem you're actively disservicing yourself by not understanding what being politically ignorant has on literally every facet of your existence from the water you drink to your validity as an autonomous individual.
Then even if you are a straight white man, racism is largely a misdirection for class warfare via wage theft, wage suppression, and inflation.
Explore this site and take the quiz if you're curious, but also look at the history of US elections and notice how far right candidates have gone the last 2 decades.
Take note of how far RIGHT candidates portrayed as "left" are.
There's an ever growing chance shit like this just functions as pressure release psyops because it makes people feel accomplished while doing fuck all as everyone buys more the day before or the day after.
What people -don't want to- understand is that for it to hurt the corporations, it's got to hurt all of us. Either we give up things entirely like streaming and luxury goods or we do a general strike that costs millions of people their jobs or prompts a fascist crackdown.
The only good ways out of this spot were decades ago. Every path forward is miles of broken glass because of how propagandized a majority of this country is. Everyone wants to blame Trump or Republicans, but Democrats have spent at least 30 years with Clinton's 3rd way dems (gay tolerant Reaganites) pushing the Overton window right.
http://politicalcompass.org/uselection2016
Hilary's policy was assessed as farther right than Trump's. Obama basically handed the Heritage Foundation everything they wanted.
These bullshit one day strikes aren't going to save us and neither are the Democrats simply because if they were interested in preserving democracy, they wouldn't have been slow walking us right for decades.
