I tend to use multishot, it has always fell like popping an arctic eximus bubble took too long with acuity.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 month ago

That works too, I've always just had a preference for skewing my damage towards headshots with Deadhead, and like the -recoil from it. I also have a tendency to aim by the colour of my crits just due to how often I play Harrow and how Covenant works.

The ammo efficiency from Crux is still nice if they don't mind the recoil/using a mod slot to reduce it.

I like the Tenet Flux Rifle, it has low recoil, and no impact so I don't have to worry about enemies' heads flailing around as much when going for head shots.

The Ax-52 is also pretty good once Biotic Rounds is activated, and the headshots have increased critical chance if you're aiming down sights. It does feel like this weapon needs to reload frequently though.

Just wanted to add that it feels like Evade needs a lot of duration for it to feel like it can be maintained.

Temple is fun to play but I do think the UI could have been a little better. Kind of a me problem though because I am terrible at keeping a beat so I'm staring more at the metronome than what my reticle is pointed at. The reticle for the flamethrower does feel very bulky to me.

Both Equinox and Oberon would really benefit by capping drain the same way they capped Gloom.

When: Friday, May 2 at 11 a.m. ET until Monday, May 5 at 11 a.m. ET Available Rewards: Tonkkatt Blueprint and Components

  • Tonkkatt Blueprint
  • Tonkkatt Blade
  • Tonkkatt Handle Note: The Tonkkatt requires two blades and two handles to craft!

The mission overall isn't too difficult, there are no companions and the only weapon you have is an Ogris which can self-damage you, passives are also disabled.

The best warframe for this mission is probably Nidus because his health regeneration isn't tied to his passive, and he also has a very large health pool as well. Hildryn is the only warframe I would avoid because of their low base hp and because these enemies do toxin damage bypassing her shields.

Self damage my beloved.

Stealth works pretty well for it if you're fine with essentially cheesing the boss. Melee is also punished less by damage attenuation.

The enemy's napalm felt like it also did a lot more damage to me than it should, so try to kill any remaining enemies if you still see them around.

There are people that are getting it to run on Linux through Proton, and a thread in the preludes discord for what people have done to get it running there. Info on the forums seems pretty limited if you prefer to avoid using discord unfortunately, but I don't think it would be that different from installing warframe on Linux if you've already gone through that.

Not sure how likely it is for warframe/soulframe to support Linux, but the Steam Deck/SteamOS do seem to be making Linux more popular for gaming.

From my testing it seems like it needs to be a stage that hasn't had a cursed peely pix used on it before (not sure if the peely pix also has to be different).

I completed TA with curse stickers on stage 1 and 2, and something else on stage 3. The next run I used my unused curse sticker on stage 1 and was not given a peely pix on completion. Finally I moved that sticker onto stage 3 and reran everything and finally got the last bonus peely pix after completing that last mission.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (4 children)

Doesn't seem like the +1 pix chips need to be used on your first mission of the week, I just unlocked a new one after completing mine and ran a regular TA afterwards and ended up getting the +1 for having that sticker selected for that mission.

I think it was a factorial joke, so 60k! = ~1.564137708 E+260634 Double factorials looks interesting, apparently all evens/odds instead of doing factorials twice.

There is currently a 60% electric Motovore in the current rotation rotation. I wonder if they improved the weighting this time around when they streamlined the adversary encounters because < 30% was a very common occurrence for me with Liches/Sisters.

What elements are people generally going for? I'm probably going to make most of my weapons magnetic because overguard is probably a little too prevalent right now, and it won't combine with modded elements.

The single target damage seems pretty good but it's probably less effective against any enemies with damage attenuation due to it being a beam weapon. The damage also seems very high when dealing with certain types of weak points like the CRT's on the Techrot Galliflex.

You'll have to sign into alienware and claim a key (not sure if keys get refreshed at all, they did for one of the previous giveaways). After claiming, you get a warframe slot, weapon slot, affinity + cred booster, catalyst + reactor and the Excalibur Immortal Skin.

  1. Sign up for a Warframe Account at https://www.warframe.com/signup (If you already have a Warframe account, go to step 4)
  2. Go to https://www.warframe.com/promocode
  3. Enter your redemption code in the “Promo Code” box.
  4. The bundle has now been added to your account (if you are currently logged into Warframe, you may need to logout and log back in for items to be applied to your account).
  5. Note: These codes can be redeemed worldwide and on all platforms. You must have a valid Warframe account in order to redeem this offer. Codes are valid until December 31, 2025. Codes are limited to a one-time.

16 Primes unvaulted this time:

Rotation 1 - December 12 at 2 p.m. ET to January 9 at 2 p.m. ET

  • Mag Prime and Frost Prime
  • Volt Prime and Loki Prime
  • Rhino Prime and Nyx Prime
  • Trinity Prime and Limbo Prime

Rotation 2 - January 9 at 2 p.m. ET to February 6 at 2 p.m. ET

  • Atlas Prime and Vauban Prime
  • Equinox Prime and Wukong Prime
  • Hydroid Prime and Mesa Prime
  • Gara Prime and Titania Prime

If you miss out on any of these rotations, you will have one final opportunity to reap the rewards of this rare > rerun through the Last Chance event from February 6 at 2 p.m. ET to February 13 at 2 p.m. ET. During that > period, you will be able add all of the aforementioned items to your Arsenal for a limited time before the event ends completely.

Can't really think of any good ways to farm Aya other than trying to get it from relic packs from syndicates/steel path or from running void capture missions.

You may run into an issue with the HUD going off the screen if you're playing in 16:9, you can fix it by:

1: Open ...\Dark Sector\Configs\DS.cfg in notepad

2: Put the following line under the [Windows_Config,/Types/Config] Graphics.DisplayAspectRatio=FullScreen4x3

and Save.

Nothing too interesting as these are all older kuva weapons. They might be helpful for anyone that wants a weapon for valence fusion, or just wants the mastery fodder.

Not entirely sure what the current state of cross platform trading is like, I'm playing on PC. Not sure how likely it will be that I'm on at the same time, but you can also try messaging me in game IGN: IDystopiaI. Double check any trades to make sure you're getting the correct Kuva Weapon, I don't want to accidently make someone go through hunting a lich for a weapon they never wanted.
