Back when I was in high school I remember hearing about other students that would store games on certain teachers shared folders on the network. I can't remember if the school ever caught on to that.

People were seriously downvoting this? People need to be more aware that what used to be common knowledge is not so common in either younger generations or other parts of the world. We should not discourage people from asking genuine questions.

I switched to 24 hour time because I work over night and have an inconsistant sleep schedule. It makes it easier to determine how much sleep I got and the exact time of day when waking up.

I pronounce it both ways. Sometimes I will even use one pronunciation over the other because it angers the person I am speaking with.

It actually makes perfect sense here. The physical hardware by itself is nothing more than various pieces of metal. The "language of the stones" is referring to the programming languages that tell the hardware what to do.
