We got a new microwave at work that locks the door when food is cooking. There is a button you have to push to unlock it even after if is done heating. I've never had a microwave like that before.

I didn't find any specifics in that article. What does it mean that the documentation was asked to be more gender neutral? I can't think of any gendered documentation I have read from any other projects.

My job has the opposite problem. We have four refrigerators full of food that no one wants to eat. People bring in homemade meals in glass containers that end up rotting and growing mold. Every so often someone gets the courage to clean all the refrigerators out, but it doesn't take long before they turn back into giant trash cans again.
