Because there isn't any real market value because you are not constantly selling your house. Also does the tax estimate diverge that much from reasonable price?

First of all, Dating apps just straight up don't work. Unless maybe if you live in a big city are and very good looking. Failing there has nothing to do with you.

Since the federation the comment sections got so inflammatory. Literally everything gets turned into some political "capitalism bad" or "the west bad" discussion. It made Lemmy very annoying for me to use....

Am I the only one where the "Show context" button doesn't do anything, when I look at a reply to one of my comments?

It works in Apps, but not when using the normal website.

I remember when I joined here that tchncs did not federate with Lemmygrad. Is there a reason why it is now? I don't think it's a good instance, since it full of (roleplaying) communists hating on the western world... and I wouldn't want that shit in my "All" feed. Thank you.

To be honest that doesn't seem very appropriate, nor is it very pretty.

One annoying thing I noticed on Lemmy is that is someone mentions a Community and links to it, that link usually just opens up the "home" instance of that community. While I actually wanted to see it on my instance so I can join it an participate. What is the proper way to do it? Or is there some browser plugin that makes that easier?
