Worst case scenario:
You should be able to update the config file for SearXNG to add the port to the URL. Then just restart SearXNG; removing and re-adding the search engine to Firefox should make sure it's updated to use the correct port.
In the settings.yml file, under the server:
section is the setting you want to change:
base_url: http://192.168.1.65:8887/
Leave port:
unchanged
They charge you to be able to use voicemail in America? (I'm guessing that's where you are since you didn't specify)
Is the stove located somewhere with a decent WiFi connection? It seems like it would be easier to use ESPHome and an ESP32 board to integrate a complicated one-off device
If theres not a project near you then im not 100% sure wether they sell you energy from their projects or source renewables from the exisiting market at market rates
You sign up for a project that they have in the pipeline and then choose how much you want to invest in the project, based on the percentage of the power produced by the project. Then after paying your investment over several months, you will own a part of the co-operative that owns the wind turbines/solar panels. Ripple get the project built and set up the co-operative that will own the project. The energy generated is taken off your electricity bill, but you still have to pay standing charges and the like. There's several electricity providers that work with ripple and allow you to credit the electricity generation against your electricity bill, but the main one currently is Octopus energy.
Most of them are sized for 18650s by default, the shorter tubes are options for those that want a stubbier torch

I don't think kefir counts, as OP is asking about milk alternatives, but kefir is (at least traditionally) made from dairy milk.
If you've not tried oat milk, I recommend it, I think it's nicer than soy and it has that creaminess to it that you say you want.
