Silicon dioxide is a common anti-caking agent. It's used in many foods and is generally harmless when ingested. Inhaling it can be a problem, but that's more of a concern on the production end, not for the consumer.

That one does appear to be compatible with the Elite 2, but I don't think either model supports motion control on PC, just PS4/5 and Nintendo Switch.

This doesn't sound like National Guard troops. It's referred to specifically as "State Guard" and says it was only reestablished in 2022. I'm pretty sure the Florida National Guard has existed longer than that.
