It's a well-known fact that the "L" in "salad" stands for lettuce. So no lettuce, no salad.

I'm impressed your house has time to play games at all.
I got bit by this one. Went over to a friend's house to spend the day playing HHGTTG. Several hours later we discovered we couldn't win the game because I had neglected to feed the dog 15 minutes in while he was up getting a drink or something.
I mean, "Q Who" is kind of important to the series, if not the franchise as a whole.
A couple of years ago I was surprised to discover that Tom Lehrer was still alive. And apparently still is.
Alaska is simultaneously the northernmost, westernmost, and easternmost US state.
Fun fact: In the movie Youth in Revolt there is a scene where the main characters buy a camper. The person they buy it from is played by Michael Collins.
I'd recommend Sam and Max Hit the Road. It's older, and its sense of humor is a bit out there, but if you "get it" it's great.
I mean, "random" is The Far Side's stock in trade.
