Akhirnya nyobain ramennya Hokben udah lama penasaran, nyoba tori paitan large, ternyata porsinya kecil, ayamnya enak tapi cuma dua potong dan topping lain cuma telur 1/2 sama pokcoy. Kuahnya kurang rich, dominan asin, mouthfeelnya kurang. Mienya biasa aja.
Nggak worth it dengan harga 45 rban.

But the fact is, it's still much better than other cities with its choice of public transportation, infrastructure, public service, places to hang out and eat, etc. Because for decades the development was very Jakarta centric, it's just starting to get spread out after Jokowi elected.
I feel like I'm visiting another country after leaving Jakarta. No wonder many people have moved there, not to mention the better job opportunities with higher salaries.
Apart from its pollution and overpopulation, the quality of life is still better than in other cities in Indonesia. If you fall ill due to pollution, at least you have access to the best doctors and hospitals.
