Covid gave me an extremely different perspective on the zombie apocalypse. They’re going to have zombie immunization parties where everyone gets the virus.

It’s not a great place to be. Intel and other major corporations buy political influence. Politicians act in the best interests of their benefactors, and for most, that’s not the voters. I don’t think it’s practical either, but maybe there’s some use in including these kinds of political ideas when these things happen, as a reminder that they wield political influence.
Yeah apologies, I should have more explicitly agreed with the post. Just wanted to expand my thoughts a little on it.
Personally, I’m against the death penalty not because these kinds of people don’t deserve it, but our justice system can not adequately ensure other people with the same charges have actually done the crime, and there are many people within the system that can’t be trusted with that nuance. People can’t be trusted with giving out the death penalty.
Honestly, how much of that aid is just sent back here to lobby our politicians?
