Considering the massive lead the conservatives once had it isn’t really ‘that’ close. Liberal gains were astonishing once Carney entered the ring.

I don’t want to smell Trump.

Not to mention the role this has played in forming a united front from our provinces who have largely removed interprovincial trade barriers overnight. This should make our internal economy more efficient which is great.

I kinda like being called nasty. The ‘nice guy’ vibe is getting tired.

Going through their history they hate Canada and claim to be independent so I’d say they’ve been drinking some Kookaid but pretend to be a critical thinker.

I fear people think this will be a short term thing but in reality if we want to protect our sovereignty it has to be more permanent. We need to evolve other markets.

I was responding to the comment where the worst fear was that pp eke’s out a majority and then they toss him. In my mind that implies if PP becomes PM then they would replace him with Elon which is not so easy.

They can’t toss Pierre. He would have to step down (like Trudeau) or die. Then the party re-elects a new head who would become PM until an election is called or required as mentioned earlier, we will have an election no later than October this year.
