I have used Enlightenment 16 for around ten years with episodes of fooling around others like blackbox, fluxbox, ratpoison, icewm, gnome and even KDE but always went back. I just loved that look I could get with that ripple effect at the bottom and gkrellm: my computer looked straight out of a science fiction movie.

Most of that time I was waiting for E17, it would be looking so good I was telling myself. It was taking so long but they were creating the foundations to something so powerful that the wait was well worth the wait I kept telling myself.

Then one I was finally able to try it, just a few components at an early stage, but it felt so crappy that I must have waited another five years before I gave another look at it. At that point it had improved but not nearly enough to consider it as a viable option.

My tastes changed too, I still like good looking but I value efficiency more so I have been using I3 for a long while. Yesterday I saw a video about a similar one hyprland, I might try it if I can resolve to switch to Wayland.

There was that guy who could make almost anyone forget almost anything, he won the prize many times. :D

YouTube has been very bad with this lately, like they will put a French title on an English video or the other way around, I really don't understand why or how this is happening. I used to hate creators making Hindi, tagalog or other foreign language with an English title and now it seems like AI bots are translating them automatically on a much larger scale.

Wouldn't there still be random mutations caused by epigenetics over time?

One thing I get a trill from when I receive these kinds of comments is to act like I do not get what the person means so, as an exemple, they need to go from a veiled reference to "darker people" to an outright racist statement. Then, I keep on acting like I don't understand what they mean, This is often very funny although sad at the same time but having someone trying to explain their racist/*phobic joke while they realize how much they need to expose themselves is pretty fun to me.

I clearly relate more to this first batch than the second one but for me it is about being able to survive in Nature no matter why. I do not fear a right-wing apocalypse either, I only want to survive no matter what happens.
