I've seen a lot of people switching to librewolf. I personally switched to floorp which is a fork of Firefox, although I don't actually know if it's better for privacy, it just claims to be.
Proton mail is pretty good. And they have a trustworthy VPN service.

Oh shoot you're right about it being suyu. Although I'm pretty sure the wiiu has better processing power than the switch, so if there was some way to utilize the hardware of the wiiu to run switch games it would be a smoother experience.
