As the sole moderator of this community, I have enjoyed managing our unique space. However, as the community grows and my personal commitments increase, I realize that the current moderation status is not sustainable. Therefore, I am seeking dedicated individuals to join me in managing and nurturing our community. If you appreciate the concept of YDMGU and want to help create a positive and engaging environment, I would love to hear from you.

What I Am Looking For:

• Understanding of YDMGU: A genuine interest in the theme of our community and the creative expression it encourages.
• Commitment to Community Values: A dedication to upholding our rules and ensuring respectful, on-topic discussions.
• Active Participation: Regular engagement with the community, including moderating posts and responding to member inquiries.
• Conflict Resolution Skills: The ability to address disagreements and enforce rules fairly while fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor posts and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Encourage quality content and engage with members.
• Address issues of harassment, spam, or misinformation promptly.
• Collaborate with me (and other potential moderators) to discuss community improvements and rule enforcement.
