The problem with this book is that you have to power through 2/3, maybe even 3/4 of the book to get to the best part. I was struggling hard reading it (I'm not the most patient reader), but it blew my socks off towards the end and couldn't put it off. I think I would still recommend though.

The Shining. I've seen so many parodies and homages before seeing the original, that I just kept laughing and couldn't get into the horror part of it whatsoever.
For the longest time I use:
- for blocking ads: uBlock Origin, Disconnect, Privacy Badger, Ghostery
- for search: DuckDuckGo
- mobile ads blocking: AdGuard
I donate or buy merch from creators directly. Many of them voiced that majority of the revenue doesn't come from ads, but from sponsorships and direct donations/purchases.
So far so good! Functionally, I think it's one of the best ones on IOS now (testing Mlem and Memmy as well).
The only think I'm not crazy about is the UI styling... The rounded boxes with shadows for posts are looking pretty weird (maybe just a little bit spacing between the edge for some room to breathe?). Otherwise I'm a fan of simple boxed approach.
Anyway, keep up the good work and keep them updates coming! ๐
Have you tried Mlem or Memmy? They're in early development on TestFlight, but already pretty capable! I'm currently testing both of them, devs are pretty active.
I almost bought it yesterday for full price, but decided to wait just a little bit and wow, that was a good decision!
Also buying a game at all time low is kinda exciting ๐
