PSA: Sort by New in smaller communities to avoid only seeing the same old posts. in c/[email protected]

I've been doing this, and have been finding it to be a much more enjoyable experience.

Reddit was 1000s of posts a minute, while Lemmy is more like 5 posts a minute if that.

In a way I like it more, feels much more engaging.

It's about damn time people built a Reddit alternative. Reddit has been dead to me since around 2017 when Ellen Pao got involved.

Reddit was way better back 10 years ago, much like how lemmy is now. Just praying the same shit doesn't happen to Lemmy.

They can litterally just post a comment or a post and give it a ton of upvotes to give off the illusion that people are upvoting it. Media manipulation at its finest.
