Not sure on your answer regarding laser cutting specifically, but they do make alternatives like a Cricut machine which uses a blade.

Every Dem representative just voted with all but two Republican representatives to pass a bill restricting speech online that Trump stated he would use to silence his critics. It had previously passed in the Senante and is now headed to Trump's desk. Seems like they have no problem working together in solidarity to curtail our rights. It's just all that pesky legislation that helps average people that turns things into what resembles a WWE match where everyone is playing a part.
