I couldn't say, each persons diet is determined individually and regionally. Look at traditional/ethnic foods . A general guide is to cook your own food and keep processed foods to a minimum.

One out of 3 times a day you're eating decent. Youll have to do more than cured meats and such. The human diet leans more on grains and legumes. Our nutrition can totally determine even our mental health.
This isnt to say this'll cure how you feel, but its a start. Self care.
Theres no where else to go but up. Let me ask, do you make your own food? Do you eat out a lot?

If they even did any ounce policy, at this very second, that would hinder what Israel is doing or take a step towards solidifying abortion access across the country or passing anything that would help regulate the mass shootings occurring everywhere, all the time, I would be the first in line fucking yelling to vote. Just demonstrate to us there's actual change that can be catalyzed from voting for this fkn cop, and I'll eat my words about electoralism.
