I've seen those dugouts a lot on the green strips between open fields. So they have the choice to go back in and have some minor cover, or out into the open field, with their dark clothing on white, snowy ground. Also it's not like the drone is limited to hitting the dugout and it's faster as well. Not much they can do.
Maybe the better option would be to craft a white flag and surrender to the drone, as we have seen in the past. Saves the life and some limbs.

Die Vermiet-Firmen schlagen Profit aus dem öffentlichen Raum und öffentlichen Geldern. Hier ist sicher auch Platz für Verhandlungen, bspw. indem die Firmen Grundstücke anmieten oder anderweitig Deals mit der Stadt abschließen. Wenn eine Auto-Vermietung >19.000 PKW in Berlin abstellen wollte, würde da garantiert auch ein Riegel vorgeschoben - zumal hier noch Kfz-Steuer verdient würde zum Erhalt der öffentlichen Infrastruktur.
In MotoGP racing, it's handled quite well. They cancel laps for qualifying and during a race, you get an official warning. You do it again with the warning up, you get a 'long lap', which is a small track-detour. Makes you lose a few seconds and with close competitors, also places. It's an immediate punishment during the race for 'touching the green' - the area on the corner exit outside the kerb. Touching kerb is fine, touching green area is a no-no.
It happens every race to a few riders and it's a fuck around and find out event for people who have a warning up on their name.

We had 3 chapters in a row, with the last 2 having a few less pages. I don't really know why all of this. Is Oda maybe preparing something for the coming chapter 1100? Or does he want to finish a few more to hit a goal for the year 2023?
That is also a good signal, that maybe not many Ukrainian POW are held by Russia at the moment. In the past, even Zelensky mentioned, they needed to capture more Russians to have some numbers for the POW exchange between the two countries.
Full war camps in Ukraine could mean Russia has no one to exchange.
It's disappointing that they only exclude the information use regarding ads.
So they will still track everything users do and profile them, just like any other free user. And they can sell to everyone else who pays for user data (e.g. AI learning, market research etc.). With that wording, they could even sell to ad companies, if they e.g. use the data for some algorithm optimisation in their tech department. So they leave the door open to keep selling the data to 3rd parties, while already charging the user 'starting at' 12.99€.
That really looks wrecked. Probably not worth it to repair (just a wild guess) with time and costs involved.

Most start on softs
Als Fahrrad und Motorradfahrer, ist für mich da gar keine Facepalm dabei.
Zunächst mal bekommt das gleiche jeder Kraftfahrzeugführer während der Fahrschulen gesagt. Respektiere die anderen - eine Grundlage unseres Straßenverkehrs. Ob bei meinem LKW-Führerschein, die anderen zu respektieren, weil sie gefährdeter sind und leicht übersehen werden können. Oder bei meinem Motorradführerschein, dass man in jeder Situation gefährdeter ist, als andere mit ein paar Tonnen Metall um sich.
Die Themen vom Zweirad-Führerschein und die Erfahrung lassen sich meist auch auf meine Fahrrad-Touren übertragen. Helm auf dem Motorrad ist schon lange Pflicht, Schutzkleidung üblich - weil Gurt, Airbag und Metall fehlen. Beim Fahrrad gehören Helm und Handschuhe für mich immer dazu - aus dem gleichen Grund.
Gegenseitig respektieren ist genauso für Fußgänger wichtig, eben alle, die am öffentlichen Straßenverkehr teilnehmen. Dazu gehören schon Lektionen, die wir als Kinder auf dem Schulweg mit bekommen.
Erst kürzlich hatte ich auf dem Fahrrad eine nette Situation mit einer LKW-Fahrerin, die rechts in eine Firmeneinfahrt abbiegen wollte und dabei Geh- und meinen Radweg überkreuzen musste. Also stoppte ich einfach 30m früher, sodass die Sicht aus dem Fahrerhaus auf mich frühst möglich gegeben war und ein sicheres Abbiegen offensichtlich möglich. Direkt per Hand eine Danke von der Fahrerin erhalten.
Straßenverkehr ist ein respektvolles Miteinander und kein Gegeneinander.
