I don't know that it's better; just pointing out that it is kind of how the country works right now. Around 10% of their entire population works overseas at any given time. And those higher paid workers like nurses can bring a lot of value to their families back home.

Is it right? Is it a good idea? I can't speak to that. But the country has developed an entire administration to deal with it:

Runway designs are not meant to be usable. They are artistic showpieces. Quite often they don't even have normal openings and fasteners, and the models have to quite literally be stitched into the garment.

"Fashion" happens when these art pieces are used as inspiration for the design of things that can be worn.

It is an art piece. Fashion like this isn't meant to be practical. It's meant to be a form of art.
