It really is! Although I still believe nothing will beat Nurture. That's not just Album of the year, it's the GOAT.

The entire Let's Play Sonic series by Cybershell. Dudes a swearing genius.

If it was an event, I would choose World War 2. I'm Bohemian (Gypsy) and my people were just as hated as Jews (I'm also like 10% Jewish). So snap Hitler out of history please.

Different pick from most, but I really enjoyed "SMILE! :D" by Porter Robinson. I might be biased though. Porter is my all time favorite artist.

Honestly it depends on your lifestyle and find hobbies based on what you like to do. Since you like to play video games and sports, going to or starting a a board game club would probably work for you. Or Magic the Gathering, I don't play it personally, but I know it's a good way to find others that like the same thing as you.

But if you're trying to broaden your horizons, try something out of your comfort zone.

I'm a gamer, and I can't really do it anymore, but I used to go for runs, and I enjoyed the runners high.

Lastly, a good Google search will tell you what there is to do around town. Bowling, golfing, Poker, Darts, Pool. There's a lot to choose from.

Hope this helps.

With the advancement in technology, I'm sure in 20 years augmented reality will really kick off. I'm sure they will wonder why people used to play with controllers and not a VR headset... I might be watching too much SAO and I don't even watch that anime.

I stole a snickers bar when I was like 5. My mom knew before I got home. She kicked my ass when I got home.

I know this is a bad reason, but I'm lazy and don't feel like cooking, so it's convenient.

I subscribe to multiverse theory. It's probably the safest route and probably most likely.

CD players/walkmans. Wearing your headphones and jamming out music on your CD player makes you 10X cooler in my eyes.
