I think what reddit didn't account for is that when sync, etc. shut down, I didn't seek alternatives ways of looking at reddit. I sought reddits alternative.

You can quite clearly tell when the Reddit apps stopped working on this graph of lemm.ee traffic 📈 in c/meta@lemm.ee

I have subtitles because of kids. I'm deaf as fuck from years of subwoofer abuse, can't have the TV at a listenable volume at night and keep them asleep.

Me now that the new lemmy clients can replace my reddit addiction in c/memes@lemmy.ml
