Ah, I missed the team driving mention. I just looked it up in Canada an individual is permitted 13 hours of driving/day they are under limits ty.

He drove 16000km in 10 days. That's an average of 1600km a day. How the F do you accrue that amount of distance without exceeding legal driving limits (either speed or total time/day)?

Unlikely due to their constitution, but Japan has contested islands Russia gobbled up at the end of WW2 that they might like to reassert ownership of if it is easy enough.

Laughable really. Russia has at most 2 years at the going rate of net depletion before completely running out of armour stores. Thinking you'd last another 8 without tanks, APCs, or artillery is crazy.

IMO this is them trying to manipulate a better peace deal and boy are they going to be disappointed.

it isn't a deterrent,

It is cheaper to let them rot in prison for life,

nobody wants to make the drugs involved for the 'humane way' so it is really difficult to obtain enough where it is used,

it is fundamentally inhumane to kill someone that knows it's coming (mental torture),

risk of executing an innocent, and as already stated

it is hypocritical to kill someone for killing.
