I've been studying in Finland for about a year and haven't had to deal with any medical issues but wanted to get more familiar with it

From my understanding if I have a non emergency I can contact my health center using omaolo and set up an appointment from there.

I'm from a non EU country so my health insurance will pay for most of the medical expenses as long as I pay the Kela health care fee.

Is all of this correct?

I was also wondering if it's the same for dental issues

I also wanted to ask if there's a way I can get an appointment for a general check up. I have a bunch of minor issues that I want to get checked but from what I've heard, that's not really a thing here.

I have a shared calendar that has all my university classes. Unfortunately it also has entries for cancelled classes that the teacher hasn't bothered to remove.Since the calendar is read-only I can't delete them. I want to copy all the events to another calendar so I can delete the unnecessary ones. I tried exporting the calendar on outlook but it doesn't export any of the events.

What are my options?

I (20M) was never really a social person and spendy my middle school alone but I was able to make some friends in high school

However, ever since I started my Bachelors I've struggled to make friends.

I've tried joining clubs or participating in events but even when I do manage to have successful conversations I can't manage to turn that into a friendship. Considering how the year just ended I'm not going to have a chance

I also have a porn addiction that's growing worse and I'm worried about its long term effects on me.

I've also never had any online friends before which means I don't know where to start.

I really need help.

I've been feeling really lonely lately so I've been trying to find any romance books to distract me.

However, the only books with male heterosexual protagonists I can find are either sports romances or have "alpha male" protagonists.

Are there any books where the main character is nerdier and more relatable?
