Are you under the impression that sales jobs don't exist?

I have a buddy who works as a sales person selling packaging material to large companies. They're probably in the field more than cold calling customers like the show did, but still. These jobs do exist.

Del Toro always has like 3-5 projects in various stages of pre-to production, most never making it to the end, as other progress...

Selling a product based on promised specs, which your product doesn't meet, and then listing the resources it would take to fix that product as a liability, which offsets the profits you made from said fraudulent product, only to then NOT pursue that development...is, in fact, fraud.
