Bit of thinking but got this one rather easily. That was after having it start with Inanimate Carbon and Rod all together on the top row and all I could think of was the Simpsons episode Homer the Astronaut.
May also be my first Purple first one.
I was wondering if that was some AR thing just for the TV audience.
It seemed way too crisp and clear a picture from those screens which are for the people in the stands. I caught glimpses of the other screens and they didnβt look that clear. Plus every time it was on it showed that exact same moment with the date each and every time.

Wow. I got purple purely by guessing correctly for the wrong reason. I was using βrunβ as the word after the word in the puzzle. So rat run, bull run, Boston run (thinking marathon) and just guessed at the other and got it

Really only got purple and blue through process of elimination. I saw purple as words that meant great or the like. So managed to eliminate those that didnβt seem to fit. Spelling Bees arenβt really a thing in the UK, so didnβt know them as ranks.
