Unfortunately we live in a pretty poor country in Latin America and there are no animal shelters in the American sense.

Something happened with our card. A bunch of old charges went through all at once, and annihilated our bank account. The bank says it's a coincidence all these different businesses all decided to charge us for old stuff on the same day. I don't know what went wrong, but something bad happened, and we're paying for it.

Our cats deserve food and litter for the rest of the month. We'll figure out how to scrape by for ourselves, but anything you can give to help us provide nutrituous meals and sanitary living conditions for them would be greatly appreciated.

You can send donations to [email protected] through PayPal (no other money sending apps work in our country)

Thank you so much.

My partner and I are both trans and disabled. I'm Muslim, they're Jewish. We're living in South America in a Catholic majority country.

We're being forced out of the apartment we wanted to live in, and have found a new place to live in. But the cost of hiring a moving company will wipe out our food budget until we get new income.

To raise funds we went as vendors to a comic book convention, hoping to sell some of our comics. We raised almost exactly $2 USD.

Please help us move to a new apartment and still be able to afford fruits, vegetables, and rice.

We need roughly $100 USD to make it through until April 15th.

Our PayPal account is directly connected to our bank account. You can find me at [email protected]

Apps like Venmo and CashApp are not legal in our country.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.

My name is Bijhan, and my husband is RaeRae. We're trans. I'm Muslim, and RaeRae is Jewish - so we don't get much help from our religious communities due to our interfaith/interracial marriage. We live in South America, making us further marginalized. Our country protects our civil rights, but we have no community to turn to for support.

We make comics for a living. It makes very little money, just a few hundred a month once we divide them. The money comes in bursts, and we expect our next burst on the 15th. However, we don't have any money until then. We had some unexpected expenses this month. I broke a tooth, which needed to be replaced. RaeRae is dealing with a mysterious illness which is causing rashes all over their body. As a result we have to travel across the city to make use of our decentralized medical system. They also needed strong medicine to control the symptoms.

If you have anything you can spare for groceries and taxis to clinics, please send it to [email protected] via PayPal. We have our account connected to our bank account, so we can move it directly onto our card no issue.

Thank you for reading this, and I hope you have a wonderful future.

Hi, I’m Bijhan Agha, a trans Muslim comics creator, and I’m writing to share my journey with you. My husband RaeRae, who is trans and Jewish, and I are working hard to create a stable future through storytelling, starting with our comic, Legendary X-Knights.

Life has been difficult for us. We both live with disabilities—I'm autistic and live with chronic anxiety and depression, while RaeRae has fibromyalgia and chronic inflammation. On top of that, we live with food insecurity here in South America, where rising inflation has made basic necessities harder to afford.

This project is more than just a comic; it’s a way for us to build a future. We’re pouring everything we have into this dream because we believe in the power of stories to uplift, connect, and inspire. With your help, we can make this dream sustainable and create work that resonates with people around the world.

If you’re able to support, backing the Kickstarter will help us keep going, build a career as creators, and create something meaningful in the process. Every pledge, no matter the amount, makes a huge difference to us.

Check out the Kickstarter here. Thank you for believing in us and for helping us work toward a better future.

Hi, my name is Bijhan Agha, and I’m a trans autistic comics creator. My husband RaeRae and I have been working tirelessly to bring Legendary X-Knights to life, but the truth is, this isn’t just about creating a comic—it’s about survival for us.

RaeRae and I both live with chronic illnesses. I’m autistic, and we both deal with depression, anxiety, and chronic inflammation. RaeRae also has fibromyalgia, which makes daily life a constant challenge. On top of that, we’re living with food insecurity in South America, where rising inflation has made even basic necessities harder to afford.

Despite everything, we’ve poured all our energy and love into this comic. Legendary X-Knights is a story about finding strength in community and overcoming impossible odds, which feels very real to us right now. It’s a story about three strangers—Lilly, Rocky, and DeShaun—coming together to fight for something bigger than themselves. It’s full of heart, joy, and the kind of hope we need more of in the world.

We need your help to make this happen. Backing the Kickstarter isn’t just supporting a cool comic—it’s helping two disabled artists keep going, keep creating, and keep putting something positive out into the world. And in return, you’ll get a story that celebrates resilience, connection, and the power of coming together.

Check out the Kickstarter here. Thank you for believing in us and for supporting a project that means so much.

Hi, I’m Bijhan Agha, a trans Muslim comics creator, and I want to share a piece of work that represents so much of who I am: Legendary X-Knights. This comic was created by an interfaith team—myself as the author, my husband RaeRae (a Jewish editor), and our illustrator Swaptrap, who is Indian and Hindu. Together, we’ve built a story that celebrates resilience, solidarity, and the power of standing together.

For RaeRae and me, this project is deeply personal. We’re both multiply disabled and live with the daily challenges that come with it. On top of that, we struggle with food insecurity, something we know many people are facing in a time when inflation is making basic necessities harder and harder to afford. Writing this comic has been more than creative work—it’s been a way to find purpose and hope in tough times.

Legendary X-Knights is a story about three strangers, chosen by magical crystals, who unite to fight forces that seek to dominate and divide. It’s a story of transformation, community, and the strength we find in working together to create change. For us, this comic reflects the ideals of mutual aid: the belief that we’re stronger when we lift one another up.

If you’re able, I’d love for you to check out our Kickstarter and help bring this story to life. Your support means more than words can say. Thank you for being part of a world where people care for one another.

Hi, I’m Bijhan Agha, a trans Muslim comics creator, and I want to share something deeply personal with you. Creating Legendary X-Knights has been a journey shaped by my own challenges and experiences. As someone who’s autistic and lives with chronic anxiety and depression, traditional work settings have never been a space where I could thrive. But storytelling? That’s where I’ve always found my purpose.

Legendary X-Knights is the kind of story I’ve dreamed of making for years. It’s about three strangers, brought together by destiny, who are given elemental powers to fight a larger evil. At its heart, it’s a story about overcoming obstacles, finding strength in who you are, and building something greater together.

This comic means so much to me because it’s not just a creative outlet—it’s my way of proving to myself that I can create something meaningful, even when the world feels overwhelming. If that resonates with you, I’d love for you to take a look and consider supporting the Kickstarter. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Hi, I’m Bijhan Agha, a trans Muslim comics creator, and I want to share something close to my heart: Legendary X-Knights. This comic is a celebration of strength, resilience, and the beauty of diversity. It’s a story that reflects the kind of world I’ve always wanted to see more of in fiction.

The X-Knights are three heroes, each with their own unique background and story. Rocky Anoa’i is a trans Samoan prince and former longboarder, whose water powers reflect his calm strength and adaptability. DeShaun Oliver is a bisexual, nonbinary Black martial artist who channels their magnetic powers with precision and creativity. Lilly McGann is a multiracial lesbian ex-Air Force Major whose fire powers embody her fierce determination and unshakable sense of justice.

This comic is about what happens when people from different walks of life come together to fight for something bigger than themselves. The story shows that our differences make us stronger, and that the bonds we form when we stand side by side can create real change.

Creating a world that reflects this kind of unity means everything to me. If that resonates with you, I’d love for you to check out the Kickstarter. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.

Me llamo Bijhan Agha.

Hi, I’m Bijhan Agha, a trans Muslim comics creator, and I wanted to share something deeply personal with you: my new comic, Legendary X-Knights. This is a story about resistance, solidarity, and embracing the parts of ourselves that the world tries to diminish. It’s a story about fighting back.

The plot centers on three strangers who are chosen by mysterious crystals and cryptic messages from the future. They gain elemental powers—fire, water, and magnetism—and are forced to come together to fight Vampires. But these Vampires aren’t just monsters; they’re a stand-in for the systems that thrive on control, fear, and exploitation. The X-Knights don’t just battle; they resist. They rise up against the forces that divide us and fight for something better.

Rocky Anoa’i is one of the X-Knights. He’s a trans Samoan prince, aro/ace, and someone whose strength lies in his humor and calm resilience. His water powers reflect his ability to adapt and endure. Then there’s DeShaun Oliver, a bisexual, nonbinary Black martial artist who wields magnetic energy. They’re all about precision, charisma, and keeping the team grounded. Finally, there’s Lilly McGann, a cis lesbian ex-Air Force Major who’s trans-inclusive in every way. Her fiery determination and sharp leadership make her the team’s anchor, even as she struggles with vulnerability.

For me, this story isn’t just about superheroes. It’s about us. It’s about the ways trans and bi people navigate a world that so often tries to crush us. It’s about finding power in who we are, standing together, and refusing to back down.

I also want to do something more with this comic. Through the Kickstarter, we’re offering a discounted add-on to donate comics to U.S. prisoners through LGBT Books to Prisoners. So many incarcerated people have asked for queer literature, and this is a way to get them stories that reflect their identities and struggles.

If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to check it out and support it if you can. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
