The main hurdle to manufacturing them isnt the deposits, its the infrastructure to process and purify them. Theyre always in a big mix and separating them out is intensive. America has an issue with this because it lacks the manufacturing to create the manufacturing to process them, doing so would also create another class of actual manufacturers which the ruling class doesnt want to deal with. They would rather invest in buzzword AI slop and enslave non-Americans to do the actual labor of creating our society. But they run into the contradiction that they cant do that to China anymore.
I got lucky and snagged a prebuilt on sale, the Nvidia card in it is half the value that I got the whole computer for. It does have one of the fucked up Intel CPUs though. To the OP though I do recommend your next card get at least 8GB, or more, games seem to be chewing for more RAM as they get less and less optimized.

Just my personal experience renting suits for a friends wedding recently, half the dudes at the suit rental place in my conservative little hell were very flamboyantly gay and the other half were 100% style nerds. I think its also more and more common for AFAB people to wear suits, hell the maid of honor did.
I would take some time to scope out your local places in person and maybe get a quote or two before jumping out to a main city hours away, you should know right away if like when I was a kid getting my first suit for prom and it was an old dude with awful breath at a mens warehouse.
