The AI got most of it vaguely right, but unsurprisingly a lot seems to go above its head. Kinda like reading a shitty tech journalist writing about something they don't understand at all.

Unlike the previous ships, this one was immediately seized by armed forces, so I guess we're starting to wake up.

He does seem to be losing grasp of reality, in addition to being a grifter. But I can't be making any real judgement about this either.
I say both. Those things aren't mutually exclusive.

There's no gambling in the game. Not with real money, nor with fake money. They labeled it 18+ for "looking like" gambling.
Using the same logic, solitaire should be 18+.
