I use cookie autodelete. Automatically deletes cookies on tab close / domain change. Allows whotelisting for the sites you want to keep logged in. Can’t recommend it enough.

Currently live in Portugal and the rail network sucks. Talk of a high speed link through Spain but Spain doesn’t want to play ball. Central Europe has great rail but move to the edges and it’s absolute ass. (Have lived in Germany and France where the situation is much better)

Every little helps :-)

Did the same. 12 year account with posts and comments for a wide variety of subs. Used Nuke Reddit History add on which edits the comments and then deletes them. I started it a week ago and each day run it again for the posts it missed. Will delete the account on 1st July. No Regrets..

Many many thanks for this. Got up and running in no time. Loving the communities and the lack of toxicity in the posts and comments. What a breath of fresh air!

Just needs traction and more users. Doing my bit posting and getting involved in the discussions. Really scratches that Reddit itch without the dirty feeling that I am supporting some wanker CEO.

Totally agree. I am now in a position with enough disposable income to pay for the service. We now pay for an IPTV service every month that gives us access to live tv from every country plus tv and movies on demand for 10€ a month. We also pay for one streaming service a month and switch providers; so one month it’s Netflix, the next Apple, then HBO, and so on.. But here is the real kicker for us; even paying for a platform some stuff we want to watch isn’t available in our country. It’s simply not available and that’s why we have a seedbox for the high seas.

We have family Spotify subscription so currently pay around 30€ a month in streaming services for tv and music. I think that’s a reasonable amount for the entertainment it provides for the family. We use STube for YouTube; even tried YouTube premium for a couple of months but even that isn’t a patch on Stube with the in video ad blocking.

So even with all that we still sail the high seas. If the rights holders were smart they would combine the services so each get a cut. The model they have today is just pure greed.

50+ gamer here and my social circle all game. Wife doesn’t like to use the controller but will sit through and give hints with the puzzles. (We tend to play adventure/puzzle games) My father in law who is 84 still games. There is no age limit. Do what you enjoy and find people who enjoy it with you.

This makes sense. There’s too many streaming services which leads people to piracy. Reducing the number will drive people to the one platform. If you make it easy for people to obtain content the rights holder will get paid.

Not an awful lot I suspect…

Pretty much nothing if it’s digital services with no goods or payments in the EU.(unless the eu puts pressure on the 3rd countries government)
