What is the meaning of the warning: "Warning: If you deselect Undetermined, you will not see most content." next to the Languages setting in the Lemmy account settings? in c/[email protected]

There are posts older than the language option. Those posts don't have a language set and ate therefore undetermined. You won't see those posts if you deselect this option.

They buy keys with stolen credit card credentials. Owner of the card blocks the payment, devs have no money and in addition have to pay for the chargeback.
