Yes please, I already use Graphene but I would be so happy if I could finally ditch google entirely.

I have a Framework 14 for my school laptop and it really is a great little piece of hardware. Can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Yup, its a terrible design. Every other automaker uses some form of lidar with the cameras, but elon says "HuMaNs DrIvE wItH jUsT eYeS". So we get this bullshit.

Edit: spelling

Part of the problem with teslas is they will sometimes do the phantom braking even when not on autopilot. My gf has a model 3 we bought back before F-Elon went full mask off, and there's a certain road we occasionally drive where the car will just slam on the brakes for no reason wherever another road joins the main one. We both refuse to use autopilot but it still does it with even normal cruise control active and sometimes even under full manual control. Its a serious problem. We'd replace the stupid thing if we could afford it but its devalued so much that its more affordable to just keep it.

The study says they used online polling but didn't elaborate further so who's to say what biases there may or may not be. But generally ipsos does a pretty good job with their polling.

I do agree that most of these polls tend to end up being nothing burgers, but there has been a recent trend of younger males gravitating towords the right of the political spectrum. I mainly commented to point out that a sample size of 1000 is generally recognized to be large enough for accuracy.

A sample size of 1000 people gives a margin of error of only 3%..

Other than the stupid ducks, exactly. They arn't good on-road vehicles. They do great on the trails, but anyone who would buy one as a daily driver that never sees dirt is a moron.

As a classic jeep enthusiast I am disgusted with what the jeep community has become. I hate the stupid ducks so goddamned much.

Fascism won’t kill you.

I think there are about 17 million dead people that would disagree with you. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victims_of_Nazi_Germany

I feel like if he wanted to he could out right buy half the GOP congress people though. Money holds a lot of political power when the politicians are for sale.

Of course, the shitbags will use it as an example of how academia is flawed so they can justify even more cuts to the sciences and education.

The black ocean series does a good job if blending the two together. But it sort of sets them in opposition to each other. Interstellar travel is made possible on futuristic spaceships by using magic to plunge the ship partially into another dimension, shortening the relative distance between stars. But unless the it is specially shielded against it, magic ruins and destroys technology.

For your consideration, I submit my design for a new ASME standard. The Scaling Banana.

Hey all, I hope I'm posting to the right place. My gf and I are both trans women considering immigrating to New Zealand from the US. We both have green list careers so we're not too worried about eligibility but we are wondering if we would be welcome/fit in in NZ.

Everything I've seen or heard in media makes NZ look about 1000 times better than the US. Every country has their problems but from my limited viewpoint NZ looks pretty great. We'd appreciate any advice or perspective you'd care to share. Thanks in advance.
